Production Time
 

1. When ordering, provide the latest date your order is needed in hand.
2. All Personalized products can take approximately 1- 4 weeks or more for completion. This will vary according to the quantity and complexity of your order, as well as material availability.
 

You will be contacted when your order is complete. Please provide a contact number or email address where you can be reached during our business hours - 

Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST excluding holidays.
 

Payment Terms
 

ALL prices are quoted in US dollars.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours.

Exchanges or Refunds

To avoid errors in printing, we do not accept telephone orders.

When listing a name, please ensure that you have provided the correct spelling. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order and we will try our utmost to ensure your complete satisfaction. If there is a printing error on our end, the order will be reprinted at no additional charge and delivered to you as soon as possible.We DO NOT accept responsibility for errors where the incorrect information was provided by the Client, please verify that the order details are correct before submitting it for final printing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  All Personalized Items are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
